The comprehensive decision for composite tekstily
represents the following: the coating fabric of composite material stretches both to, and during process of drawing layer of PVC. Unlike usual fabrics, the membrane of Ferrari® Precontraint® is exposed to the balanced and constant tension both on basis, and on duck. The consequence to it is identical lengthening of fabric in both directions, and also minimum "slipping" of covering from basis during very long time.
Biaxial tension in the Precontraint® technology allows to control strictly threads on duck, providing full unity of the direction of all threads in piece of fabric.
In addition to careful control of orientation of threads, the technology gives to fabric exclusive space stability - the strong biaxial pretension allows to get rid of excessive deformability of basis. It is extremely important factor for successful tension of membranes on structures.
At the identical density and strength characteristics on the square meter of material, membranes made on the Precontraint® technology have the big thickness of layer of PVC (from edge of coating fabric to material border), than at other fabrics.

Durability
Durability composite fabrics strongly depends on coat layer width. Membranes from the material Fluotop® T2 have significantly longer period of operation because of the "strengthened" protective layer.

Minimum cloth contraction
